1 package manicotti noodles (12? 14? something like that)
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)
2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce (26.5 oz)
5-6 boneless chicken breasts, defrosted and cut into strips/chunks/whatever
Prep time: 15-20 min
Cook time: 1 hour
Use a 13 x 9 glass baking pan. Pour one can of sauce and some of the cheese in the bottom of the pan. Stuff the manicotti noodles with the chicken then arrange along the bottom of the pan. Pour the other can of sauce on top, then cover with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for an hour.
You can probably try mixing other stuff with the chicken but I haven't thus far. And I tried it with the organic Hunt's Roasted Garlic sauce - so yummy! 1 chicken breast can stuff three noodles, and I only got 13 in the pan (that was pushing it), and three pieces seems to be a serving. :)
Do you have any suggestions for side dishes? It's pretty filling all by itself so I didn't bother.
